Refund and Return Policy
Returns
At Haze Petals Herbals, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. We offer an easy return policy, allowing you to raise a return/exchange request within 5-7 days of product delivery.
Conditions for Returns:
- We do not accept returns if the product packaging has been tampered with, opened, or used.
- Returns are accepted only if the packaging is intact and in the same condition as delivered.
- Returns are applicable only for defective, damaged, or wrong products.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Provide an unboxing video and a product photo as proof and send them to our email at support@hazepetalsherbals.com.

Replacements
Replacements are processed under the following conditions:
- If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Contact us via our customer care or email to initiate a replacement.
Important Note:
- Replacement requests for unwanted, uninterested, or wrongly placed orders will not be processed.
Shipping Charges for Replacements:
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, shipping charges will be borne by us. Pickup will be arranged within 2-4 business days.
- Replacements will be dispatched within 5-6 business days after pickup.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products after inspection and approval.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be initiated through the same payment mode within 7-10 working days.
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via NEFT. Bank details required include:
- Name of Account Holder
- Bank Name
- Bank Account Number
- Branch
- IFSC Code
- Contact Number
Refund Timeline:
- Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking: 4-10 working days.
- COD Refund via NEFT: 7-10 working days.
Cancellations
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch.
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Haze Petals Herbals reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- Out of Stock: If a product is unavailable, we will notify the customer and proceed as per their preference.
- Non-confirmation for COD Orders: Orders will be canceled if the customer fails to confirm COD orders during verification.
- Unserviceable Areas: Orders for addresses not serviceable by our courier partners will be canceled.
- Repeated Order Refusals: If a customer refuses or cancels two or more orders, subsequent orders must be placed on prepaid mode to avoid automatic cancellation.
