Shipping And Delivery Policy

At Haze Petals Herbals, we aim to process and dispatch your orders promptly. Below is the estimated delivery timeline:

For deliveries in Rajasthan: 3 working days, unless the product is out of stock, in which case we will notify you in advance.
For deliveries in the rest of India: 5–6 working days, unless the product is out of stock, in which case we will notify you in advance.
For international deliveries: 5–14 working days, unless the product is out of stock, in which case we will notify you in advance.

Haze Petals Herbals reserves the right to refuse orders in the following cases:
- Incomplete or invalid payment information.
- Orders confirmed by the customer but without sufficient funds.
Delivery will be made to the address provided during order placement. Separate orders must be submitted for delivery to multiple destinations.
If you are unavailable to accept delivery, you may appoint a representative. The delivery agent may request proof of identity and a signature to confirm receipt. Refusal to sign the delivery document will be considered as a refusal to accept the delivery.

Russia: Delivery is only available to airports due to local laws. Doorstep delivery can be arranged via DHL upon customer confirmation.
Nigeria: Products are banned for delivery to Nigeria as per local regulations.
Spain: Personal-use orders are restricted due to customs laws.
Italy: Orders exceeding 2kg for personal use cannot be delivered.
Egypt: Personal-use deliveries are restricted. Commercial orders can be shipped to Saudi Arabia.

For shipments where the customer fails to respond to calls or emails, refunds will not be processed.

On all orders shipping charges are 90 Rupees.
Orders above ₹2000 qualify for free delivery.
Customers are encouraged to opt for prepaid orders to avoid this fee.
Certain products may attract a nominal delivery charge of ₹99, which will be indicated clearly on the product page.

Orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Jodhpur, India, via reliable carriers such as ship rocket.
Additional import duties and taxes may apply based on the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Ship Rocket will assist in customs clearance and doorstep delivery. Any invoices for import duties must be paid directly to Ship Rocket at the time of delivery.
Haze Petals Herbals is not responsible for refunds or order cancellations due to customs issues, weight, or quantity restrictions in the destination country.

Duty and taxes are charged as per the customs regulations of the destination country.
The receiver is responsible for completing all necessary paperwork for customs clearance. Haze Petals Herbals is not liable for refunds if the receiver fails to comply with these requirements, leading to non-delivery.

Deliveries to remote areas incur an additional charge of ₹1,400 + applicable taxes.
Shipping to remote areas may take 10–15 business days and will be sent via India Post (professional or prime track).
Haze Petals Herbals is not responsible for shipments lost in transit to remote areas, and refunds will not be processed for such cases.
